At Jesvini, we want you to feel confident when shopping for women’s clothing, including women’s dresses, long-sleeve tops, and short-sleeve tops. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered.
To start a return, please contact us at store@jesvini.com with your order number and the reason for return. Return requests sent after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions by email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the return is caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us at store@jesvini.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide further instructions.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently recommend placing a new order if you need a different size, color, or style.
You may return the original item according to this policy and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving it according to this policy.
